About The Position

The position serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the outpatient medical facility, responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and updating Electronic Health Records (EHR). Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year of recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, as well as patient billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
• General knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical office or outpatient facility.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients entering the medical facility.
