About The Position

The Patient Services Representative II at Sutter Health serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the medical facility. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year of recent relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, as well as patient billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
• General knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients at the medical facility.
