About The Position

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, experienced Patient Services Representative I to join our fast-paced Dermatology clinic . This full-time role provides the unique opportunity to work across both our Draper and Murray locations, supporting a collaborative care environment and helping deliver an exceptional patient experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, self-driven, and, most importantly, dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting physicians and clinical staff in delivering high-quality care. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential for success in this role. Schedule: Monday : Draper – 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: Murray – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: Murray – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: Draper – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: Draper – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior medical office experience required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient typing and keyboarding abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule patient appointments according to established procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with physicians, staff, and patients regarding scheduling and care needs.
  • Accurately collect and update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Support clinic operations with additional administrative duties as needed.
