Responsible for performing all site front office functions including incoming and outgoing phone activities, appointment scheduling, patient registration, computer data entry, collection of payments, maintaining health records, and serves as an example of excellent customer service to patients, family members, and community partners. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience. The Float Patient Services Representative I will work throughout various HealthPoint locations to provide coverage for shortages as well as providing additional support with other assigned duties. Responsible for monitoring and staying current on daily schedule. Must be flexible and able to adapt to multiple clinic environments and patient populations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality patient care.
