Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Customer service experience.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Computer skills.
• Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.

• Previous experience working in a patient services representative position.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist them with paperwork.
• Maintain the sign-in sheet and the overall appearance of the front office.
• Ensure the accuracy of the patient's demographics.
• Enter charges into the system and collect co-payments as needed.
