About The Position
As a Patient Services Representative with Corewell Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare service to our patients. You'll work as part of a team to provide registration, concierge, and clerical services. The service you provide in the role will make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. The comprehensive breast office is a bustling and dedicated practice that includes a team of six skilled surgeons and seven advanced practice providers (APPs). Our team is committed to providing comprehensive care for patients diagnosed with breast conditions. Additionally, our team is committed to caring for transgender patients undergoing surgery for transition from female to male, providing specialized support and ensuring a compassionate and inclusive environment. We take immense pride in the strong relationships we build with our patients, their families, and our colleagues, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment. Each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the delivery of high-quality care. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience with referral management, scheduling, and authorizations.
