Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience.
• One (1) year of medical office experience or two (2) years of secretarial office experience.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Services Representative is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support duties related to patient care, including scheduling appointments, gathering and distributing information for patient collections and billing, and facilitating hospital admissions for patients.
• The position requires working patiently, efficiently and accurately to ensure an ideal patient experience.
