What You’ll Do:

Lead daily patient dining operations
Hire, coach, and develop a strong team
Ensure accuracy with diet orders, food safety, and quality standards
Elevate the patient experience and resolve concerns fast
Partner with nursing and hospital leaders
Manage staffing, productivity, and department goals
Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Associate degree + 1 year relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
