Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager to oversee dining operations inside a hospital just outside Knoxville, TN. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive service excellence, develop frontline teams, and directly impact patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership in food service, hospitality, or healthcare
• Experience managing hourly teams
• Strong coaching and employee relations skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a structured environment
• Hands-on leadership style

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline dining associates
• Oversee daily tray line and patient meal service operations
• Drive patient satisfaction and service standards
• Coach supervisors and hourly team members
• Manage labor, productivity, and performance metrics
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with nursing and hospital leadership
