Job Overview: The Patient Service Manager is responsible for providing direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure satisfaction and retention for the Company.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience required
- Ability to coordinate large functions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in institutional food production required
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree in Food Management preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervising operation areas of the Dietary Department and for the ongoing assessment and improvement of those areas during their shift
- Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.
- Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
- Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values
- Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
