Job Overview: The Patient Service Manager is responsible for providing direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure satisfaction and retention for the Company.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience required
  • Ability to coordinate large functions
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in institutional food production required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Food Management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervising operation areas of the Dietary Department and for the ongoing assessment and improvement of those areas during their shift
  • Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.
  • Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
  • Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
  • Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values
  • Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
