Grow your career and develop a team that shares your desire to make a difference! Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Methodist Hospital-North Lake located in Gary, IN. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. Requirements

• Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets.
• Experience with oversight of diet offices.
• Strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.
• Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy.
• Perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
