Role Overview Lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact on patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 1 to support patient dining operations at Clara Maass Medical Center , a 465-bed acute care hospital serving the Belleville community. What You'll Do As the Patient Services Manager 1 , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient dining services: Oversee daily operations of the Expressly for You (EFY) patient dining program Manage the tray line, meal assembly, and delivery process Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns Supervise and support frontline teams and patient experience ambassadors Ensure tray accuracy, test trays, and host audits are completed consistently Act as a liaison between patients, nursing staff, and food service teams Utilize computerized meal ordering systems and support menu/program updates Coordinate with Registered Dietitians on nutritional needs and system changes Support ordering and stocking of nutritional supplements What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of food service management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong customer service and patient-focused mindset
  • Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with meal ordering systems (HealthTouch, Epic preferred)
