Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in patients for their appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and staff to troubleshoot and meet patient needs.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for administrative functions such as appointment arrivals and updates.
  • Register patients and verify insurance information.
  • Schedule appointments and enter referrals.
  • Collect copays and provide information about insurance coverage.
