Requirements

Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Computer and word processing knowledge and experience required.
Keyboarding skills are essential.
Medical terminology preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service and teamwork skills required.
Above average organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail in work.
Strong skill in written and verbal communication.
Must be proficient in computer data entry/keyboarding.
Maintains composure under pressure.
Diffuses tension through effective communication.
Ability to use electronic medical records.
