Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Ovation Fertility in San Antonio, Texas . Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will:

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years administrative experience in a hospital or medical office setting
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
  • Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors to the office
  • Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
  • Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information
