Currently, we are seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily patient flow and providing excellent patient care. Key responsibilities of the Patient Services Coordinator include professionally greeting and welcoming patients and their friends/family, answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel, and facilitating effective communication between patients and clinical staff. Adherence to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, as well as US Oncology's Shared Values, is an integral part of this role. The ideal candidate for this position will possess an outgoing and friendly demeanor, a positive work ethic, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. While some customer service experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual.
