Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Part-time Patient Services Coordinator II to join our team at RMA of New York in Mount Kisco, New York and will float to White Plains, New York as needed.  Schedule: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This includes rotating Saturdays and a rotating holiday schedule work the hours of 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time Compensation: up to $22 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator II will: Interacting with patients; practicing effective, courteous communication Working the front desk Scheduling patient appointments and in-office procedures Managing the physician’s schedules and preparing letters and reports and handling special projects as assigned Handle all letters for patients and assist with patient requests related to their treatment at our practice Act as the key liaison with the MD, clinical, and other staff members to ensure all administrative functions are completed What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Requirements

  • Good judgement and takes initiative.
  • A successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Interpersonal Skills: approachable, outgoing, and exhibit a professional disposition.
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Medical office experience is a plus; related job experience is required
  • Interest in the field of reproductive medicine is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Suite) is required and with Nextgen is a plus.
