IBJI is seeking a professional, adaptable and positive Patient Services Coordinator I to join our team at our Hinsdale office. Must be comfortable working with a high volume of public interaction, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, while being efficient and productive following company and best practice standards. Professionalism and a great team support attitude is a MUST. The main focus of the Patient Services Coordinator I position is to deliver exceptional patient-centered customer service and to support IBJI teams. This position is responsible for accurate registration, optimal patient scheduling, and other office duties that contribute to a great patient experience, a positive team atmosphere, and achieve company goals.
