Join Our Team as a Front Desk Patient Services Coordinator! Are you organized, compassionate, and ready to make a difference in patient care? We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our clinical operations through a mix of administrative and patient-facing tasks. The Patient Services Coordinator I (PSC I) is responsible for opening the administrative office each day, arriving by 6:35–6:40 AM to be at the desk by 6:45 AM (shift is 6:45am-3:15pm). As the first point of contact, the PSC I plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations from the start of the day. Job Summary Summary Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
