About The Position
We are seeking a PATIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE to join our team! The qualified candidate will be able to answer phones, schedule appointments, accept payment on patient accounts and help with additional office functions as needed to maintain smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have excellent communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be computer literate. The candidate in this position spends a great deal of time on the phone with insurance companies determining eligibility and assisting patients with insurance applications. Experience working with electronic medical/dental records is a huge plus. Selected individual must be able to provide exceptional customer service to each and every patient. Prior Medical/Dental Office Experience and/or Insurance Experience preferred, but not required.
