The Patient Advocate Services III functions as an AltaMed ambassador in welcoming and attending to the needs of all patients and creates a positive front office patient experience by managing expectations while demonstrating compassion and respect. The Lead is a member of the health care team by assists in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Lastly, the Lead assists in achieving department goals and objectives by providing support and guidance to the PSA team as a mentor and trainer.
