Patient Service Specialists deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. This particular department is very busy, allowing you to see 100-200 patients per day. You will help them check in and register for the lab and radiology as well as set the tone for how their visit goes. The Patient Service Specialist role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this position works varying hours and days between 6:30AM – 9:00PM, including some weekends and holidays.
