Patient Service Specialist Gastroenterology (GI) and Nutritional Health Clinic
About The Position
This is a full-time, day shift position! Join our Gastroenterology (GI) Clinic as the Patient Service Specialist! Bilingual and previous healthcare experience strongly preferred! Organizes patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner. Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Skills: Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills Bilingual preferred Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills Experience: Two years in a reception or clerical field preferred SALARY RANGE $19.00 to $27.75/hour Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. Requirements
