Patient Service Speicalist Gilbert, Arizona Position requires great customer service at the front desk as well as ability to verify insurances, handle prospective and current patient phone calls, collect copays, and communicate in a team environment. When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center , we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
