Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications Prepare patient intake forms prior to appointments to ensure timely service Verify insurance eligibility of patients to determine if services are covered, and obtain authorizations as needed. Provide counseling to patients advising them of their financial responsibility at time of service Achieve quality assurance goals Adhere to the established system of controls to secure and reconcile payments receive. Effectively communicate with all contacts as necessary to solve problems Maintain a clean and safe environment
