About The Position

The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience, contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer service to patients and visitors. This role provides caring, consistent, and reliable administrative support within a clinic setting to patients, families, care team members, and administrative leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma or equivalent required
• Proven customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred
• Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service to patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable
• Provide administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office
