About The Position
The position at ARC Fertility involves welcoming callers, assisting new patients with treatment service package options, and navigating the financial process. The role requires working in the Salesforce platform to provide patients with information about clinics and treatment packages, following a strict follow-up schedule to support patient engagement, and processing incoming ARC program applications. Additionally, the position involves preparing patient contracts, liaising between patients and fertility clinics, addressing patient inquiries urgently, running loan applications, and communicating with clinical teams regarding patient requirements. The use of ARC’s contact management system (CRM) to record patient interactions is also a key responsibility.
