Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of patient services specialist experience at FCS is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills to train staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a variety of personalities.
Attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Florida Drivers License.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all front office tasks and to assist wherever needed in the office.
Assist in training new personnel in front office positions, and act as a resource person for all office staff and patients.
