The Patient Service Specialist will demonstrate the ability to organize the office efficiently and effectively. This role requires contributing to a pleasant and cooperative team environment, cross-training in all areas of reception, and accurately and expeditiously registering patients. The specialist will also need to respond to requests for information, both patient-specific and practice-specific, operate and maintain office equipment, and accurately prepare and maintain patient charts.
