Patient Service Specialists deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community. This specific role will support the North Canton Medical Office Center’s OB/GYN practice and may float to other OB/GYN offices in the Green area for coverage, as needed. The Patient Service Specialist role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM or 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
