As a Patient Service Specialist - Float, you will be responsible for managing both the patient side and business side of our outpatient physical therapy center. Your role is crucial in ensuring that patients have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the clinic. You will greet and register patients, provide them with information about what to expect during their visit, and assist them with scheduling their next appointments. Your communication skills will be essential as you will regularly interact with various parties, including attorney offices, insurance companies, and our internal teams. This position requires a proactive approach to collecting co-pays, managing payer approvals, and conducting insurance authorizations and verifications.
