Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience posting payments and charge entry.
• Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required.
• Patient record documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
