Patient Service Representative - Hinsdale- Ophthalmology Position Highlights: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm for the opening receptionist shift and 8:00/8:30-5:00pm for the closing receptionist shift Schedule rotates week to week as either the opener or closer. Location: Hinsdale; traveling between west region offices (Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Naperville, Glen Ellyn and Bloomingdale) Travel: As needed. Responsibilities The Patient Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role includes but is not limited to greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, outbound calling, referral management, and maintaining accurate records in the EPIC system. The Patient Service Representative helps create a welcoming and efficient environment that supports quality care and a positive patient experience.
