About The Position

The Patient Service Representative will have the primary responsibility to greet, instruct, direct, answer phones, and schedule patients. This role serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff. CarolinaEast Health System is a 350-bed, full-service medical center providing high quality, compassionate care across the Coastal Carolina region, utilizing the latest medical technologies. The system employs over 3,200 dedicated team members and operates physician practices across various specialties in four counties. CarolinaEast Physicians includes over 150 physicians and mid-level providers across numerous specialties such as Primary Care, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Oncology, and Orthopedics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Word Processing and computer experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare medical clinic setting or customer service
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence
