About The Position

Lumexa Imaging, one of the country's largest providers of outpatient medical imaging with over 5,000 team members and more than 185 centers, is seeking an experienced, patient-focused professional for a full-time Patient Service Representative position. This role is for the Fossil Creek location in Fort Worth, TX, and is part of Touchstone Medical Imaging, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services. The Patient Service Representative will support the mission of enhancing radiology to better lives, contributing to the delivery of best-in-class clinical excellence, operations, and state-of-the-art technology. Requirements

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking In / Out Patients
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
• Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
