About The Position

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service
Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in
Canal Winchester, OH.

Full Time/Benefits Eligible
Monday/Tuesday - 8:00am-6:00pm, Wednesday/Thursday - 6:45am-4:00pm, Friday -
8:00am-4:00pm (8 hour shifts)
Canal Winchester, OH

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have proficient computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance
• Collecting Co-pays
• Scanning/Indexing
• Answering phones and directing to the proper office
• Scheduling of patients
• Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
• Opening and closing the office
• Other duties as assigned
