The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service while supporting front-desk and administrative operations in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • Experience handling phone communications in a professional environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office
  • Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO)

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with office policies
  • Manage incoming calls and voicemail messages efficiently
  • Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments
  • Maintain and update the appointment calendar
  • Follow up on missed or canceled appointments
  • Register patients and manage sign-in procedures
  • Accurately post charges and process payments
  • Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remains clean and welcoming
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
