We’re looking for Patient Service Representative who are passionate about supporting patient access, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping our clinics run smoothly. Our Patient Service Representatives play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. The Patient Service Representative reports to the Clinic Manager and is responsible to support both front and back office functions, managing patient interactions, optimizing provider schedules, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The PSR checks patients in and out, jockey schedules to manage real-time changes, runs preventive care gap reports, and coordinates follow-up appointments.
