Full-time Patient Service Representative
AHI Spartanburg: 2117 E Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging has an entry-level Patient Service Representative role open in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We are looking for a customer-service focused candidate that is looking to excel in a medical office setting! This is a full-time position working weekdays from 8am to 5pm.

Requirements

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Medical Terminology Knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking Patients In & Out
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
• Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
