The schedule for this position is at least two 8-hour shifts per week during regular office hours M-F (no weekends or holidays), rotating start times between 7:30a and 8:30a depending on the patient schedule for the day. This position is not eligible for benefits based on the casual scheduling status. This role would assist with coverage at the Oak Brook and Warrenville Cancer Centers as needed. The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments. This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
