About The Position

The Patient Service Representative performs routine clerical duties associated with registration and exiting of patients; maintains positive relationships with patients, family members and other visitors and fellow employees.

Requirements

• Experience dealing with the public
• Ability to maintain composure when confronted with stressful situations
• Neat appearance and pleasant, outgoing personality
• Accuracy in obtaining patient information
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to work at a computer terminal for up to eight hours a day
• Must be able to work in a cooperative manner and maintain effective working relationships with management/supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors
