Ready to join our quest for better? This is a Part Time position at 24 hours per week for the Immediate Care Center located at the Crystal Lake clinic. This would be 2, 12hr shifts from 7:45am-8:15pm with weekend and holiday coverage requirement. Floating to other clinics is required. The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments. This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
