About The Position

As a Patient Service Representative in our Behavioral Health practice, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for individuals seeking compassionate care. You'll guide patients through scheduling, registration, and daily support with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to creating a safe, calming environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Answer phones and assist with appointment coordination
  • Verify insurance and process referrals
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
