Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental or medical software is a plus (training available)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support clinical staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
