General Description: The position highly influences the first impression and effectiveness of patient experience while serving as the initial and final point of contact for patients and other visitors. Assists patients with inquires of all types to include scheduling, prior authorizations for insured patients, referral information, treatment plans and other general information regarding MTCH dental practices. Responsible for completing the registration process, obtaining signatures on release and consent forms, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting fees. Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel for coverage and training purposes. Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization
