About The Position
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team! Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to the Clark and Madison County communities. The organization is looking for an individual to join our Patient Service Representative team. Patient Service Representatives are responsible for providing support for the daily activities of the medical office including filing, phone coverage, appointment scheduling, patient registration and referrals. Proficiency in Spanish and Haitian Creole language in addition to English is a plus. You will enjoy the benefit of a 36-hour work week working with a great team of other business office staff at the Rocking Horse! This opportunity has a generous compensation package.
