About The Position
Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team! This person will greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to our patients checking in for appointments. This person must have a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities include welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, scheduling, referrals, and other duties as assigned. If you have the ability to multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and can maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
