About The Position
The Patient Service Representative plays an integral role in providing excellent customer services to our patients. They are the 'face' and initial contact with our patients and assure that appropriate information is obtained, and the exchange is a positive experience. The Patient Service Representative performs patient scheduling tasks and clerically supports physician in the delivery of quality patient care by following established standards and procedures. *This is an entry level position*
