About The Position

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Patient Services Representative to join our Urology team at our Murray location. The ideal candidate is confident, self-driven, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Services Representative plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. This position works closely with patients, physicians, and clinical staff, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
• Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff regarding appointments and related needs.
• Accurately collect and record patient demographic and insurance information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
