Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Experience in a medical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to patients.
  • Handle patient registration and update demographic and insurance information.
  • Confirm insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations for services.
  • Resolve billing and insurance-related issues for patients.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Maintain accurate information and support office activities.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm future appointments with patients.
  • Follow established cash receipt policies and procedures for payment collection.
